Yes, we recycle waste such as steel and timber wherever possible. We are HIA GreenSmart-aligned, and while this accreditation is for builders, we have adopted its sustainability principles. This means we aim to minimise waste sent to landfill by sorting recyclable materials where suitable and disposing of all waste responsibly and ethically.
Yes, however, extra charges apply for mattresses, rubber materials, and tyres. If you’re unsure whether your waste is suitable, please ask us, and we’ll be happy to help.
In most cases, yes; however, council approval is required when placing a skip bin on public property. We can explain the permit process and advise you on any requirements before delivery.
It’s important not to overfill skip bins, as this poses a safety risk. Overloaded bins need to be levelled off, or you will need to arrange a second bin for the remainder of the waste. Our drivers reserve the right to not take any overloaded bins, and surcharges will apply.
We accept payment by Visa, Mastercard, cash, or BSB transfer. Payment must be made before or on delivery, or as otherwise agreed.
